By using this website, submitting a booking request, signing in to an admin account, or opening the public demo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is operated by Cleaning Actually Ltd. Irish law applies, and Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

• An online submission is a request, not a guaranteed booking until confirmed by the cleaning company (or by us when we route a platform lead).
• Duration and price shown online are estimates based on the details you enter and configured rules. The company may adjust after reviewing the property.
• You must provide accurate contact and site details. Access instructions and security codes are handled carefully but remain your responsibility to share safely.
• Cancellation or reschedule rules may be set by the assigned company; contact them (or us via the contact page) as soon as plans change.

• Company staff accounts are for authorised personnel only. Keep credentials confidential.
• The public demo uses a shared sample workspace. Do not enter real customer personal data into the demo.
• We may suspend access that appears abusive, insecure, or in breach of these Terms.

Marketing pages describing the platform for companies are informational. Commercial terms, fees, and onboarding for companies are agreed separately (for example when a company is set up on the platform). Online estimates of commission or subscription plans may change.

You must not misuse the site (including scraping, probing, injecting malware, or attempting to access other companies’ data). We may refuse or remove content/requests that appear fraudulent or harmful.

The website and estimates are provided on a practical “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Irish or applicable EU law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Cleaning work itself is performed by the assigned cleaning company under their service arrangements with you; claims about the clean should be raised with that company in the first instance.
