How we estimate duration and cost
Estimates come from a set of rules rather than guesswork, and every booking keeps a copy of the rules used at the time.
Property size
Floor area in m² is the starting point for every estimate.
Type of clean
A deep or end-of-tenancy clean covers more surfaces per room, so it takes longer per square metre.
Bathrooms and layout
Additional bathrooms, toilets and floors each add time to the visit.
Condition
Heavier soiling applies a multiplier rather than a flat surcharge.
Extras
Ovens, fridges, interior windows and similar tasks are added individually.
Crew size
Two cleaners finish sooner than one, but the total work time stays roughly the same.
Rate card
A call-out fee plus a rate for each square metre of floor area. Extras and heavier soiling are added on top, and your estimate shows the full breakdown before you send anything.
